Montesquius Brut
Characteristics
Montesquius Brut cava is carefully made from the grape varieties typical of the Penedès area using the traditional Champenoise method.
The ageing process requires between thirteen and fifteen months in underground cellars at a constant temperature of between 18°C and 20°C under perfect conditions. This cava has fresh, aromatic and bright notes.
Eye: A translucent yellow with golden hues, with small and constantly releasing bubbles.
Nose: An aromatic cava with the fresh and intense notes of ripe fruit.
Palate: In the palate it is clean and greedily intense. The fizz is imperceptible and cheerful.
Designation: D.O. Cava
Varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.
Capacity: 750 ml and 375 ml
Montesquius Brut Rosado
Characteristics
Montesquius Brut Rosé cava is made by gently soaking the skins of the grapes before the second fermentation in order to achieve that pinkish colour with raspberry and cherry notes. It is made using the traditional Champenoise method and following the same procedure as its white cava. It is aged in underground cellars, in semi-darkness and at a constant temperature of between 18°C and 20°C, for between thirteen and fifteen months.
Eye: A dark cherry colour, clean and bright, with persistent bubbles.
Nose: Aromatic, with fruity notes from a variety of red fruits (including raspberries and blackberries, among others) and apple chewing gum.
Palate: In the palate it is greedy and has a fun personality. Cheerful and very well integrated fizz.
Designation: D.O. Cava
Varieties: Grenache, Mourvèdre and Trepat.
Alcohol: 12% Vol.

Montesquius Semi Seco
Characteristics
Montesquius Semiseco (Medium Dry) cava is carefully produced from the typical grape varieties of the Penedès area using the traditional Champenoise method. The ageing process requires between thirteen and fifteen months in underground cellars at a constant temperature of between 18°C and 20°C under perfect conditions. This is a fresh, aromatic and lively cava. Perfect for any celebration.

Montesquius Brut Nature cava is made from the typical varieties of the Penedès area (Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada) using the traditional Champenoise method. The ageing process requires between thirteen and fifteen months in underground cellars at a constant temperature of between 18°C and 20°C under perfect conditions. It is a fresh, aromatic and balanced cava.
Eye: Pale yellow with greenish hues, with small and constantly releasing bubbles.
Nose: Aromatic, with fruity notes derived from a variety of fresh fruits (apple, grapefruit).
Palate: In the palate it is clean and its acidity is subtle. Its fizz is very docile and discreet.
