Characteristics<\/h3>\n

Cava carefully made from the grape varieties typical of the Pened\u00e8s area using the traditional Champenoise method. Its ageing requires 26 months in temperature-controlled underground cellars under optimal conditions. It is a cool, well-structured, elegant and intense cava, great for all kinds of appetisers and perfect for more sophisticated\u00ad dishes such as fish and seafood, poultry and red meat or cheese and rice dishes.<\/p>\n

Eye:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Pale yellow colour with bright green hues, fi\u00adne and delicate bubbles.<\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Aromatic with balsamic notes, underbrush and a background of toasted nuts. Personal and very elegant.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong>\u00a0In the palate it is pleasant, soft and balanced at the start. The fizz is subtle and very well integrated, it has a lively degree of acidity, a good balance and a good finish.<\/p>\n

Gran Montesquius Reserva Brut Nature is a cava made from the typical varieties of the Pened\u00e8s area, aged for 36 months in a temperature-controlled underground cellar under optimal conditions. It is a mature, aromatic and intense cava. Perfect for pairing with substantial and sophisticated dishes and accompanying any meal, whose flavour it will enhance.<\/p>\n

Eye:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>An expressive pale yellow with greenish hues, small and constantly releasing bubbles.<\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Aromatic, with good fruity sensations and a background of apricot.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>In the palate it is clean, with aniseed notes and an acidity marked by a well-integrated and subtle mild fizz.<\/p>\n
